» Soccer Camp Mission Statement
Our primary goal is to develop each child's technical and tactical soccer abilities in a positive environment
conducive for optimal learning opportunities. Realizing that success is the greatest motivator, we teach by presenting
realistic, individual challenges that, once mastered will enhance a player's self-esteem and instill a great love for the
game of soccer. At the end of each session we will have improved a player's skill level, his or her love for the game,
respect for teammates, and an improved respect for self.
» About the Coach
Cor Van Der Meer has been an active participant in the game of soccer for over 50 years. Some of his accolades include:
- Played in the Netherlands for Feyenoord
- Coached from Youth Premiere to Professional
- 19th year as Head Soccer Coach for the Community Colleges of Spokane
- Washington State Staff Coach
- United States Regional Staff Coach
- Author of "Soccer Guide for Coaches" and "Keeper of the Goal"
- Co-Author of "Coaching Soccer Successfully"
